Edit 12/2/2025 I have to give the pharmacy credit. Someone made some changes and things are so different. It sounds stupid but I feel like a valued customer again and not an inconvenience. The communication is more like it was in the past when I first switched where if there was a problem they communicated the issue to you rather than wait for you to call several days later. I have had several times over the last few months where they let me know there was an issue and called my Dr for me. Over all it feels more like the local pharmacy I switched to all those years ago and I very much appreciate that. Thank you. Edit 5/29/25 The whole reason that I switched to this Pharmacy 7 years ago was because I was tired of being treated like another number at the larger chain pharmacys. Employees who didn't care if you got your meds or not. I wanted to have a relationship with my pharmacist. For many years this was the case. This has changed. Now that tirezepatide and Semaglutide are their big business they don't really seem to care about non-compounded prescriptions. The level of service on non weight loss prescriptions has dropped off. It feels like they just don't care any more and it's complicated to get things filled. I meantioned that it feels like anything other than the weight loss meds are secondary or tertiary for them and the pharmacist said yup, that's the case. They want to just be a compounding pharmacy. I asked if I needed to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere at this point and the pharmacist said yea if you want to. Honestly if you need compounded meds they are good still. Anything else go somewhere else to get it filled. Westlake just doesnt seem to care any more. Local independent pharmacy. In general I am glad that I moved all my meds here. They do get busy but they take care of their regular loyal customers.

Super friendly staff and they know their stuff. While it's generally pretty busy, the lines move fast, and the staff address customer needs fairly quickly.

I had front row parking, It was hot so I didn't want to lock up my car and I didn't have too. My prescription too 3 min. And the pharmacist showed me how to take the meds, and gave me good advice, I had a very pleasant experience with the pharmacy.

This pharmacy is awesome. My calls are always answered very timely the people there are very nice to work with. They get my scripts ready and shipped very quickly. I seldom write reviews and even more seldom award the full 5 stars but I felt that 5 stars are really not enough.

I love Westlake I always have a good experience. They have wonderful customer service and if I have a problem they fix it immediately with a smile. They are quick to fill prescriptions and respond promptly.

Very easy and simple to get my prescriptions people working and they were very friendly and assisted me immediately and gave me suggestions on what I needed and what I didn’t need. I was very satisfied with her help.

Ok, this was a different pharmacy experience. Incredibly responsive by phone and text. The helped me out by getting me a prescription on short notice and they were positive and did not give me the “if we have to” treatment. Lauren was helpful at the counter, Cameron the pharmacist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the application I needed. Cameron also has a SICK old school watch. :)

I have been using Westlake Pharmacy since the owner was a one man operation in his original location. They have always been so nice and accommodating. Even though he moved 45 minutes away from my home I still consider it worth the effort.
